I’ve always been drawn to complex problems - and to the people behind them.
In my career I’ve worked across policy, strategy, and program delivery in the public, private and NFP sectors. I’ve led national initiatives, designed new approaches from scratch, and worked with experts, community members, and senior leaders to make change happen.
After years of working inside and alongside government, I started consulting to focus on what I do best:

What’s driven me isn’t just systems or strategy, it’s people. I’m at my best when I’m helping a team navigate a tricky challenge, drawing out the insights already in the room, and building something that's going to have a meaningful and sustainable impact. You and your people likely already have the answers - my skillset is in drawing these out, testing them, and building a cohesive strategy and plan to get the wheels turning forward.
I bring a strong research and analysis toolkit, and deep care for clarity, collaboration, and impact. I’ve facilitated workshops, built communities of practice, and coached emerging leaders - because real change needs people to be engaged and supported.
I grew up in a household where fairness, curiosity, and asking good questions were part of daily life. That’s stayed with me. I still believe in asking better questions, in listening well, and in designing solutions that respect the real-world messiness of how people and systems work.
I don’t do spin or buzzwords. I do thoughtful, honest work. I’ll ask the awkward questions if they need asking, and I’ll help you find a way forward that fits your context.
